The Highland Senior Athletic Office will open for business Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm starting July 31, 2017. Athletes must complete the four items below before they can participate. (all forms are located here):

Nordic Captains Practices
We will meet every Saturday morning at 8am throughout the whole summer starting June 3rd. Practices will range from long distance skis to time trials and speed work. Anyone with rollerskis can attend, no matter the ability. If you are interested, the practice schedule is here.

Note: Some of the Summer running plans have rest days scheduled for Tuesday, if this is the case, simply take a rest day on Monday or Wednesday and run with the team on Tuesday.

Summer T-Shirt Awards - you have up to three options
1. Win your Fantasy Fitness Division - top two boys and top two girls in each division
2. Complete the 5000 Push Up Challenge
3. Earn a summer mileage award. To be eligible to receive this award the runner must submit your summer training log the first week of practice and complete 50% of your mileage by July 15.
  • High School Boys - 400 miles
  • High School Girls - 300 miles
  • Middle School Boys (going into 7th or 8th grade) - 240 miles
  • Middle School Girls (going into 7th or 8th grade) - 200 miles
